Getting started with HaradaLifeGoals

Last updated

A Harada board starts with one central goal, surrounded by 8 pillars — the areas of your life or plan that have to come together for you to reach it — and each pillar broken into 8 concrete actions, for 64 steps in total. It’s the same 9×9 method Shohei Ohtani used at 15 to map his path to the majors. Open the Boards tab and tap New Board to create your first one: describe your goal and let AI build the whole thing, start from a template, or build it pillar by pillar yourself. Once a board exists, visit the Today tab each day to check off habits and build your streak.
