Burpee Challenge: 30 Day Plan

A structured 30-day burpee plan that actually builds. Every workout pairs at least two burpee variations with bodyweight support moves, then ends with a cardio finisher you choose — walk, run, bike, or row — that grows from 15 minutes to 30 as you get fitter. Rest days are built in. iPhone and Apple Watch.

"The burpee is the whole gym in one move — legs, chest, core, and lungs. The only reason people quit them is monotony. So don't do the same one twice."

Everyone knows burpees work. Nobody keeps doing them.

The burpee is the most complete bodyweight move there is — a squat, a plank, a push-up, and a jump stacked into one rep. It builds strength and cardio at the same time, with zero equipment. And almost nobody sticks with them, because doing the same burpee on repeat is miserable. The problem was never the exercise. It's the sameness.

Two variations a day, thirty days

Every workout mixes at least two different burpee styles — half burpees and step-backs early on, then mountain-climber, lateral, tuck-jump, and broad-jump burpees as you progress — paired with bodyweight support moves and a short demo video for each. Reps climb week over week, rest days are built in, and the plan tops out at movements a normal person can actually do.

Finish however you want to move

Every session ends with a cardio finisher — but you pick it. Walk the dog, jog, ride the bike, hit the rower. It starts at 15 minutes in week one and stretches to 30 by the end, and it logs to Apple Health as a real workout. Some days you'll want to push. Some days a walk is exactly enough.

Watch the streak fill in

A 30-day grid and a reps-per-day chart show the whole plan up front and fill in as you finish each day, so you always know what's done and what's next. It's on your wrist and your Home Screen too. Unlock the full plan once and it's yours — no subscription.

Cardio, your way

End every session with a timed cardio finisher you choose — walk, run, bike, or row. It grows from 15 to 30 minutes as the plan progresses and saves straight to Apple Health, so the whole session counts.
